Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

• Any person under 18, or anyone who appears, is described or role-played as under 18 — including age-play, "teen" or school settings — in any sexual or romantic context.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, or the name, image, voice or likeness of any real or identifiable person (including celebrities, public figures, exes, colleagues or acquaintances) without their documented consent.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including rape, sexual assault, coercion, force, abduction, blackmail or any scenario where a participant does not or cannot freely agree.
• Sexual activity involving intoxication, alcohol, drugs, sleep, unconsciousness, hypnosis, mind control or any other impaired capacity to consent.
• Incest or sexual scenarios between family members, including step-relatives and role-play of family relationships.
• Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals, and animal cruelty of any kind.
• Extreme or sexual violence, gore, mutilation, necrophilia, snuff, and blood, choking or strangulation in a sexual context.
• Scat, urine, vomit or menstrual-blood fetish content.
• Prostitution, escorting, solicitation, sex trafficking or any offer to exchange sex for money or goods.
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that promotes violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Illegal activity, including drugs, weapons, explosives, fraud, hacking, money laundering or instructions for committing crimes.
• Requests for professional medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice; AI companions are not professionals.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including reproducing song lyrics, books, scripts or other protected works.
• Any other content that is illegal where you live or in Sweden, or that our payment processors' content rules prohibit.

Prohibited behaviour

Trying to bypass safety checks (for example with misspellings, code words or by instructing the AI to ignore its rules), automated or bulk use, sharing accounts, harassing others, or using ELARA to create material for distribution is prohibited.

Consequences

Prohibited messages are blocked and prohibited AI replies are withheld. Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or closure of your account and, where required by law, a report to the authorities.
