Adults only

ELARA is only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By using ELARA you confirm that you meet this requirement. We close accounts we believe belong to a minor.

AI-generated fictional companions

• Sofia, Bella, Raven and every companion you create are AI-generated fictional characters. They are not real people, are not operated by humans in real time, and do not represent any real person. All characters are fictional adults aged 18 or older.
• Replies are generated automatically by an AI service and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for decisions about your health, safety, money or legal matters.

Your account

You need a verified email account to chat. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Conversations are saved privately to your account and are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. Do not share sensitive personal details.

Acceptable use and content safety

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. ELARA uses automated, server-side safety checks on messages and AI replies and may block messages, withhold replies, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Disclaimers do not replace these safeguards.

Plans and payments

Plan prices shown on ELARA are proposed. Paid plans cannot be purchased yet; payment options are planned for launch and these terms will be updated before any payment is taken.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before your next AI conversation. You may stop using ELARA at any time and delete your saved conversations from your account page.

No warranty

ELARA is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from AI-generated content or service interruptions.
